WHA Shows

We have multiple shows throughout the year open to beginners and more experienced gardeners, which allow you to exhibit or simply to visit and experience the results of others' skill and hard work. Exhibiting is open to anyone, and we welcome entries from members and visitors alike.

Show Dates

​2025 Shows will be held at St. Paul's Parish Rooms, RG41 1EH.   On the day Exhibitors can bring in items between 8.30-11am. The Shows are open to the public from 2-4pm, admission £2, children free.

  • Spring - Saturday 29th March 2025

  • Autumn - Saturday 13th September 2025

  • Pumpkin Festival - Saturday 25th October 2025, 1:30pm
    (Informal show at WHA Trading Store, Ormonde Road)

  • Winter - Saturday 22nd November 2025

How To Exhibit

​

1. You can complete the online entry form (see below - requires entering a valid email address). Entries must be submitted before 10am on the Friday before the show. Payment will be due on the show day when you arrive to stage your exhibits.

 

2. You can print out the entry form or pick up a printed form from the Trading Store. The completed form and entry fee must be sealed in an envelope and delivered to the Trading Store or handed to a committee member by 4pm on the Wednesday prior to the show.

Fee per entry – Adults 50p, up to the sum of £5; Young Exhibitors (school years 11 and under) flat 50p.

​

Late entries: Any entries submitted after the Friday deadline will only be accepted at the discretion of the Show Manager and attract a surcharge equal to the entry fee, i.e. total fee per item will be £1.
